Cancellation Window

Orders may be canceled shortly after purchase while they are still being processed.

Once an order has been prepared for shipment or has been handed over for delivery, it can no longer be canceled.

After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In this case, you may refer to our Return Policy once the item is delivered.
