Customers may request a return within seven (7) days of receiving their order.
To qualify for a return, products must be returned in their original condition, including any accessories, manuals, and packaging provided with the order.
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, personal care and skincare devices that have been heavily used, damaged through misuse, altered, or modified may not be eligible for return.
To initiate a return request, please contact our support team and include your order number and details regarding your request.
Nixoza reserves the right to inspect returned items before approving a return.
Refunds may be requested within seven (7) days of delivery in accordance with our Return Policy.
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution. Most approved refunds are completed within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees, customs charges, duties, taxes, and other non-product costs may not be refundable unless required by law.
